As a Learning and Development Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering training sessions to people managers and employees
- Recommending learning and development solutions, including developing customized training courses and team development sessions
- Designing of assessments and surveys to measure the effectiveness of the training programs
- Identifying and managing internal partnerships with business SMEs and leaders for continuous training content improvement
- Creating online or classroom learning solutions in a Learning Management System
If you have:
- At least 2+ years experience in training design and facilitation;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Very good Project Management and Presentation skills;
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic customer focused environment;
- Advanced level of English language;
- Train the Trainer certification or any relevant certifications would be considered as a strong advantage
