As an OSL you will be responsible for:

  • Assign all workload and emails to available engineers
  • Balance the workload based on schedules and team distribution
  • Understand the core tools in use and how they should be optimally utilized
  • Be open, approachable and proactive with the Delivery Team technical staff to enable them to operate effectively

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Good English language skills
  • Willingness to work on day and night shifts
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent certifications is a plus
