Quality Analyst with German

As a Quality Analyst you will be responsible for: 

  • Performing Case, Call and E-mail assessments within agreed timelines
  • Managing Complaint and Compliment Management System (CCMS) and perform RCA
  • Delivering Acceptance Tests before live state
  • Performing Customer Satisfaction Analysis
  • Producing Quality Reports and providing feedback to the Quality Manager, Team Leads and Coaches
  • Maintain and Develop Scorecards
  • Producing Quality Reports in a predefined manner
  • Face to Face feedback sessions with the Workforce staff (WFS)
  • Calibrated results within the predefined deviation
  • Escalate call recording system issues

If you have:

  • Excellent German language skills
  • Very Good English language skills
  • Experience in Service Desk environment

The following is considered as strong advantages:

  • University degree in Statistics / Economics discipline or previous Quality Assurance experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Additional foreign language will be considered as an advantage
