Position Highlights
As a Subject Matter Expert with German, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying, planning, designing, validating, delivering and reporting trainings on technical skills, technical tools and processes within the Team
- Leading the Mentorship process and is responsible for the activities related to its successful implementation
- Performing quality checks of the team members according to predefined criteria and assists with technical and process knowledge in case of complaints or escalations from the Client
- Facilitating of knowledge transfer within the team and delivers sessions to develop and support up-to-date knowledge and skills of the employees when needed due to customer requests, performance results or to the training delivery plan
If you have:
- Fluency in German and English
- 1+ years of experience
- Excellent communication and customer skills
- Accuracy and precision
- Time management skills and ability to work with tough deadlines
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
