Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to meet the staffing goals across all levels within multiple projects and to form a positive recruitment experience
  • Making sure to utilize the most cost-effective channels per position
  • Maintain the candidates’ profiles on the recruitment management system
  • Ensure that all candidates are processed on time and with no delay with provided feedback.
  • Analyze and create various of different reports regarding candidates experience within the full recruitment process. 
  • Manage the communication with staffing partners, advising, and supporting them with all the necessary information. Effectively working with the other team members to insure better result with no delay.  
  • Act as a point of contact for the Internal Connect a Friend Program providing ongoing support to Modis employees on how to make a refer a friend or check their referrals’ statuses related to general inquires 
  • Participate and take proactive initiative in regular recruitment tasks distributed among the team 
  • Evaluate the level of knowledge of English language of candidates in compliance with the Common European Framework and Modis methodology
  • Initiate proactive recruitment campaigns or sourcing methods to utilize recruitment gaps 
  • Work closely with the Senior Recruitment Specialist for developing different employer branding and recruitment strategies - initiatives, for the needs of the business.
  •  Present the company at different job fairs and other career events.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports about the number of applications; the number of candidates at the interview stage, etc. upon request regarding the candidate/employee life in the company.
  • Working closely with Senior Talent Acquisition specialists regarding developing different processes aiming to improve the overall recruitment procedure.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager preparing regular reports or presenting the recruitment results at business meetings with the partnership of the colleagues, when requested.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or four years combination of education and experience is required
  • At least  3 years of experience in the recruitment field
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent knowledge in the internal recruitment system
  • Excellent knowledge in the recruitment process best practices
  • Ability to multitask, plan and prioritize workload to ensure a deadline are met
  • Ability to quickly build relationships with external partners 
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, positive attitude, and high level of initiative
  • Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in international & culturally diverse organization
  • Strong planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environment.
  • Excellent Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
