Position Highlights

Key Role Responsibilities: 

  • As a Technical Project Coordinator, your role is to ensure proper and timely execution of all technical activities needed to support BUILD and RUN processes of Front- and Back-office applications in the region.
  • As a technical expert and project administrator, you contribute actively to
    • technical projects of the solution (e.g. major upgrade projects), by taking in charge all technical aspects of those projects from Design to Deploy
    • the technical coordination/improvements required by several parallel projects on the same Solution 
    • P1 incidents & Problem Management as Level 3 expert
  • In relation to those projects, you will be a key player in the relationship between the Infrastructure and Applications teams
  • You will ensure the Solutions built by the Project teams are properly handed over to Run teams, in close collaboration with the Solution Manager
  • Make recommendations for support service improvement plans and ensure actions are followed through to completion in a timely manner
  • Provide regular and accurate management reporting on IT Service performance
  • Proactively drive opportunity for standardization, simplification and improvement of the IT support processes, to increase efficiency within the IT organization to deliver better services

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • BS / Master in IT, Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience as iLevel 2 &/or Level 3 Application Management Support team or service delivery background on ERP systems
  • IT knowledge mix of technical (Citrix, SQL, Windows Server administration, scripting) and infrastructure components
  • Knowledge or certification in ITIL will be a plus 
  • Experience in an Agile environment is considered a plus
  • Proficiency in English
