About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and visionary Technical Project Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end lead and delivery of the projects, in line with agreed timelines and budget. 

The Technical Project Manager is a senior level manager responsible for performing difficult and complex work assignments, involving independent judgment to determine a course of action consistent with established functional and organization's Project Management policies and goals.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Applying PRINCE2/PMI Project management or Lean Six Sigma principles in the activities of the project
  • Successfully managing deploying projects, in line with agreed timelines and budget 
  • Creating and agreeing realistic and achievable project plans with customers, that clearly define the scope of the undertakings
  • Proactively leading, monitoring and controlling projects, to ensure that they are delivered to budget and schedule 
  • Identifying and managing risks and opportunities associated with each project and work with the management team to mitigate or exploit them
  • Ensuring projects are accurately forecasted to allow for accurate financial planning
  • Managing change within the project and organization - working to avoid scope creep, executing the needed level of control and communication, building commitment and avoiding resistance to change through applying change management best practices
  • Managing relationships and communicating with all project stakeholders
  • Facilitating Project workshops, reviews and discussions with Project Stakeholders 
  • Responsible for project governance and accountable for projects delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 + years of experience with project management environment 
  • Minimum 3 + years of experience working within multi-disciplinary support teams 
  • PMI, PRINCE2 Practitioner or Lean Six Sigma methodologies experience
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
  • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-have:

  • Extensive ITSM / ITIL framework command 
  • Experience in high-pressure environment 
  • German language as a secondary language
