As a Technical Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Ticket handling in German and English and callbacks if needed 
  • Identifying and troubleshooting clients’ problems such as Citrix or Exchange Server solutions
  • Defining an action plan for a detailed diagnosis with the aim of resolving the incident and restoring normal services of the client
  • Focusing on timely problem resolution 
  • Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support
