Position Highlights

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering 24/7 corporate client account support via phone/mail/web. Logging the case, providing information & troubleshooting to solve customer problem according company KPIs for the business
  • Managing customer expectations by taking into consideration the entitlement  and identifies customer problems 
  • Keeping customers informed, sets and follows commitments, keeps precise case documentation and case ownership
  • Timely elevating and/or escalating to next level when the case is complex
  • Working together with other team members to achieve team goals
  • Participating in projects for process or quality improvements
  • Managing multiple tasks or cases simultaneously with minimal supervision

If you have:

  • At least 1 year experience as Customer Engineer or in a similar environment
  • Excellent written and verbal Russian and English language
  • Good analytical skills and ability to isolate and solve problems and to follow the predefined process
  • Customer focus and motivation to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
