Job Description

Today we are giving you the chance to build a career in one of the biggest IT companies in the position of Vendor Management Specialist for HPE.

The position is temporary with the possibility for transfer on a permanent role.

Position Highlights:

  • Process new and renewal purchase requests using HPE systems 
  • Review SOW to understand the service requirements, other T&Cs
  • Review and update, process ORC requests ensuring data quality and compliance
  • Follow-up for timely Purchase Order, dealing with queries and escalations, change requests
  • Invoice management, dealing with queries and escalations (internal and from vendor)
  • Carryout modifications, required updates for call routing, vendor dispatch setup
  • Help create new vendor profiles
  • Adopt and support Vendor Management programs and projects
  • Ensure KPI metrics are met and work on corrective actions needed
  • Build a working relationship with all necessary supplier contacts
  • Create sound working relationships with HPE colleagues from associated HPE business and delivery organizations
  • Work with the wider organisation to introduce revised/new procurement initiatives to ensure business needs are met
  • Alignment to global and compliance policies
  • Record management - audit compliance

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Typically 1+ years’ experience in business management, administrative/ project support role or relevant work experience.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Good organization skills, accuracy, ability to work under stress
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook
