An industry-leading provider of some of the world’s best-known medical brands, this company develops, manufactures and sells prescription medicines for humans and animals in more than 150 countries. Modis has a long history of serving this pharmaceutical giant for specific, short-term projects, including providing consultants for desktop support, system upgrades and general technical assistance. Examples of two such projects below:

• This client called on Modis to assist with a critical desktop support project with a hard deadline. The company found nearly 130 desktops that required immediate upgrades. Modis delivered a team of engineers and a project manager to perform the upgrades, as well as perform testing to ensure all of the machines were in compliance. The Modis team completed the project ahead of schedule and under budget.
• Modis assisted the client with desktop support and network maintenance for an internal move project. We provided a team of contractors to assist with the moves and were trained on the client’s technical standards. Modis’ assistance with this project allowed the client to accomplish its daily goals and complete the move on time.
