Sr. Project Manager (Phone Services Migration)

Reporting to the Director, Project Management you will project manage change initiatives throughout the organization in a timely and cost-effective manner whilst implementing good governance throughout the project lifecycle. You will oversee project delivery across both business and technology, managing potentially more than 1 project at a time. You will manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s) – Plan, Budget, RAID, Resource, and support Business and PMO in projects' initiation and portfolio reporting.


  • Ensure successful, timely and effective delivery of change projects
  • Develop plans for delivering the project and monitoring processes with Change Teams to control progress
  • Communicate and coordinate within our Client's Investor Services
  • Budget and Reporting
  • Maintain and present governance decks and data for own projects
  • Maintain budget trackers and collaborate with Finance or 3rd parties to clear discrepancies
  • Challenge, provide input and enable project participants to voice opinions and concerns
  • Qualifications

  • Phone services migration project experience
  • Have a Financial Services background, preferably Fund Admin and Banking
  • Have 7+ years' experience managing projects across business and technology
  • Exposure to Waterfall, Agile and hybrid methods are an advantage
  • Track record of delivering projects on-time, within scope and on budget
  • Have a working knowledge of the funds industry or have managed projects in the financial services industry
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen and knowledge of project financial management
