Change Management Consultant, Ottawa, ON

Modis is searching for a Change Management Consultant with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) experience for an existing contract with our government client in the Ottawa area. The resource must hold a Government of Canada clearance at the level of RELIABILITY or higher. Successful candidates must possess the following skills and experience:

Must hold a Government of Canada clearance at the level of RELIABILITY or is eligible for receiving clearance.

3+ years’ experience providing Change Management support.

Tasks could include but are not limited to:

Develop Change Management Plans and Policies;

Defining the change management procedures, forms, tools and repositories and ensuring adherence to these;

Ensuring proper management of release review, tracking, risk and problem escalation;

Designing company policies that reinforce diversity in the workplace, address all kinds of harassment and protect minority groups

Train hiring managers and HR staff on how to select, manage, evaluate and retain diverse employees including revising and updating job descriptions to ensure non-discriminatory language

Strong knowledge of labor and human right legislation
