The Government Services Integration Cluster (GSIC) seeks a Level 3 Business Analyst for an ITIL Specialist role within the Shared Utility Service (SUS). As a key contributor to IT project management and technology implementation, you will play a vital role in supporting Service Ontario, partner ministry projects, and other cluster clients. The ideal candidate should bring expertise in ITIL Incident and Change Management processes, along with demonstrated experience in operations and service management for large IT platforms. Proficiency in service management tools, analytics, and reporting is crucial. Additionally, the role requires a strong background in enterprise application development, SDLC, and DevOps processes, including experience with APIs, microservices, SOA, ESB, Single Sign-On, Identity Access Management, Omni-channel design, J2EE, and J2EE security.
