•10+ years Solution Design experience in enterprise applications and solutions

•In-depth knowledge of CRM platform (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and its features, including portal technologies such as ADX studio, PowerApps, building model driven apps.

•Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365 CRM development.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Application Design and Development Experience (50%)

  • Over 10 years of Solution Design in enterprise applications.

  • In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and features, including ADX Studio, PowerApps, and Power Portals.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365 CRM development.

  • Expertise in identity provider solutions integration.

  • Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.

  • Proficient in CRM customization, configuration, workflow creation, process automation, and data integration.

  • Strong understanding of data modeling and database design within a CRM context.

  • Experience with programming languages and scripting (C, JavaScript, Apex, Python) for customizations and integrations.

  • Knowledge of API integration methods for connecting CRM systems with other applications.

Methodology, Problem Solving, and Analysis Skills (30%)

  • Ability to assess complex information and develop I&IT solutions.

  • Experience in an agile development environment and providing Go-live support.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and root cause analysis abilities.

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and CRM vendors.

  • Proficiency in data analysis for process improvement and enhanced customer experiences.

  • Data-driven decision-making for optimizing CRM performance.

  • Creative thinking for innovative solutions to unique challenges.

Planning, Documentation, and Communication (20%)

  • Stakeholder interview experience, gathering requirements, and documenting use cases.

  • Translation of business requirements into effective CRM solutions.

  • Proficient in designing and documenting technical specifications and solution architecture diagrams.

  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts for developers.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience presenting solution designs, project updates, and recommendations to management.

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

  • Relevant certification from CRM platform providers (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications) is an asset.
