Level 1 so mostly Network Support and incidents. Cisco routing/switches, break/fix investigation without a script. Cisco and Aruba are the main technologies. Not looking for Level 2 or 3 but a solid Level one Network Support. Do not need to have designing/planning or architecting type skills.

Position participates in a 7x24x365 operational organization whose main accountabilities include infrastructure administration, Incident/Problem/ Change Management, Service Request processing, network availability/capacity/performance management, and project implementation.
Promote and fully participate in key IT processes of Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Capacity and Service Level Management
Maintain documentation and provide team updates as needed to ensure changes are well communicated and understood by L3, L2, L1 Network Operations centre and business
Rotational 24x7x365 on-call to ensure comprehensive availability of network services for our business
Develop plans and strategies to improve network performance, reliability and operational cost-effectiveness
Provide consultation and comprehensive support to our internal and external business partners including Architecture, Engineering, Application Services, Distributed Computing (server, storage, web hosting), Information Security, Business Continuity and our business stakeholders
Execute an analytical, technical and administrative role in the planning, design, testing, installation and on-going maintenance of components of SLF's Enterprise Network Environment. Focus Area -Lan Technologies - such as Cisco switching and routing , VPNs, Optimization tools (Riverbeds) , network access controls, Wireless Support and Network Managements tools
