Yours tasks
· L1, L2 and L3 support
· Network installations and troubleshooting to identify and fix network problems
· Ensuring the functionality of the enterprise wireless system (APs and MC)
· Ensuring security through endpoint, firewall, client sampling controls and security policies
· Installation, maintenance and updating of hardware and software
· Setup and maintenance of network printers
· PMS and SPA software support
· Work according to Active Directory and Group Policy
· Set up and manage accounts, roles and permissions
· Basic data center maintenance, backups, information security and disaster recovery
· IT training, IT introduction (and execution) of employees
· Willingness to go the extra mile in supporting end users
· Escalation of complex issues to local service providers (Tier 4)
· OPex and CAPex
· Management of an IT employee
· Support for PBX phone systems, key systems, audio systems, IPTV
· Medical device support
· MDM (tablet)
Your profile
· At least 2 years of experience as an IT administrator, system technician, network technician or in a similar function, experience in the hotel industry is a big plus
· Completed training in computer science or similar
· Industrial IT certifications such as Comptia A+, Network+, Security+, Google IT Support, Microsoft Associate certifications, Cisco CCNA, ITIL
· Experience with Win OS, Win Server OS, MacOS, Linux OS, Vmware
· Ability to prioritize and problem solve
· Reliability and flexibility
· Fluent in English, German is a big plus and other languages are an advantage
