Job Description

Within the global company IT organization, the DevOps Automation team is playing a crucial role in managing the CI/CD toolchain landscape with the goal to enable automation of IT applications across several functional domains focusing on delivering value to patients.

We are looking for a unique individual to strengthen our team.

As DevOps Automation Demand Manager you act as a point of contact for IT stakeholders in regards to DevOps demand, you provide guidance and manage demand intake via regular touch points with stakeholders, you understand CI/CD technology landscape, you conduct technical analysis and coordinate projects activities while being the reference point of contact for a pool of external resources.

The role is in Brussels or Braine, Belgium.

Your main responsibilities

As a successful DevOps Automation Demand Manager, you will:

  • Act as point of contact for all demands related to DevOps Automation services
  • Capture and maintain demands from stakeholders
  • Facilitate and coordinate estimations of demands with DevOps Automation team
  • Prepare, share and follow-up proposals with stakeholders
  • Provide advice and guidance on DevOps Automation offering to IT stakeholders
  • Manage DevOps Automation resources allocation and assignments follow-up
  • Act as Project Coordinator for DevOps platform related projects
  • Facilitate DevOps Automation team rituals
  • Follow-up DevOps Automation roadmap
  • Maintain documentation, accelerators & templates
  • Identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years' experience in Enterprise IT organizations.
  • You have experience as Demand Manager
  • You have proven experience as technical project coordinator
  • You have experience with DevOps and Agile practices.
  • You master the aspects of the application lifecycle management.
  • You are an excellent communicator
  • You know how to manage stakeholders' expectations
  • You welcome and share feedback.
  • You are Fluent English.
  • You are a team player
