And this is where you come in!What is the role?
As Business Change Manager you will be a true driving force in implementing business change practices across the IT Landscape. You will lead both the planning and delivery of all Business Change programmes, all whilst inspiring, motivating and developing your team of BA's and PM's.
Your role will be to encourage and promote process improvements and change management practice within IT projects - encouraging a culture of continuous improvement. You'll work closely with all of the IT teams here on the design and implementation of cross-functional projects - ensuring that change is managed in the right manner.
You'll know exactly the right way to promote change management strategies across the business in the right way! You will mentor and coach project teams in Agile and other project management methodologies - So we need you to be an advocate of Agile.As an individual?
It goes without saying that you will bring extensive exposure in IT Business Change Management and you will be able to diligently and confidently IT projects and process improvements. You will have top-notch expertise in change management principles, methodologies and tools and be able to meticulously analyse complex project issues, identify risks and implement the correct resolution.You will be a true leader. You will pride yourself being a respected, inspirational manager and you will know exactly how to get the absolute BEST out of your teams! You will thrive on leading and inspiring teams and know exactly how to get the best out of them to ensure projects delivered flawlessly.
You'll join a large, wider talented Dev and Change team - Scope for learning here is vast - They have a really substantial estate so opportunity to put own stamp on your work is MASSIVE!
You also, need to be open to working 5 days a week on-site in North Lincolnshire from their spectacular offices!
