Who are they looking for?
They're a big business with over 100 offices in the UK - therefore we need someone who can keep ontop of each offices performance and relay this info back to the Sales Director. So, what I'm after is a proven Data Analyst who can pull and extract data from all business areas and highlight areas of opportunity and overall performance. You will be able to produce weekly KPI reports and also a weekly performance report detailing areas of opportunity alongside reasoning. You will also have the ability to identify trends and highlight discrepancies, highlighting performance concerns.
You will have expert knowledge of both Excel and Access.
As an individual? Obviously, meticulous attention to detail is absolutely key but what is most important is someone who is able to deal with sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality!
You'll also back yourself - in regards to your ideas and data. You'll be confident in presenting your insights to your Manager ensuring your voice is both heard and valued.
You'll join a large, wider talented Dev and Change team - Scope for learning here is vast - They have a really substantial estate so opportunity to put own stamp on your work is MASSIVE!
