IT Desktop Engineer - North Lincolnshire Up to £27K plus 2K bonus

Akkodis are working with a hugely successful partner in North Lincolnshire who are on the lookout for a talented IT Desktop Engineer to join them at a very busy and exciting time!

You will be joining a friendly team of engineers supporting sites across the UK where you will take ownership of all incidents which could include fixes across laptops, network connectivity problems or even faulty printers.
What are we looking for?
Essentially you will have a solid understanding across PC and mobile hardware and software with experience or exposure in Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10 MacOS, IOS and Android. No two days will be the same here and you will get to enjoy the challenge of taking on and completing diagnosis on a wide variety of issues across internal and external stakeholders.
With this role you will have the flexibility to think outside the box for any reoccurring issues while maintaining a professional demeanour across all sites. You may even hold certifications across Microsoft, Apple or CompTIA but this is not essential.
Due to the travel in this role we would require the successful candidate to have a full UK Driving License
