What is the role? I'm looking for a proven man-manager who essentially leads from the front and instils best practice across their team. Your background will be across IT Infrastructure - Their estate is heavily Cloud focused so its important you're an advocate of Cloud technology!Your team consists of some of the most talented engineers in the local market - a blend of 1st/2nd line, Network and Cloud Engineers.
Your role will be to implement IT strategies and policies to support the businesses goals. Whilst leading your team, you will also manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers - negotiating contracts and ensuring SLAs are always met on time to a high standard. Naturally you will also be responsible for budgetary expectations for all IT Infrastructure related projects across the business.
As an individual? Naturally, you'll have a proven track record in IT Infrastructure strategy but you will have also leveraged and utilised Cloud at a previous role. You will be a strong man manager with a background in leadership and diligent project delivery. You will be a true leader. You will pride yourself being a respected, inspirational manager and you will know exactly how to get the absolute BEST out of your teams! You will thrive on leading and inspiring teams and know exactly how to get the best out of them to ensure projects delivered flawlessly. You'll join a large, wider talented Dev and Change team - Scope for learning here is vast - They have a really substantial estate so opportunity to put own stamp on your work is MASSIVE!You also, need to be open to working 5 days a week on-site in North Lincolnshire from their spectacular offices!
