Customer Selections and Analytics Consultant - Permanent

Analytics Consultant / SQL / Power BI / Permanent / West Midlands

My financial market leading client is looking for an experienced Customer Selections and Analytics Consultant to join their team and utilise advanced technical ability to develop and deliver customer selections to be used for marketing, research, and service communications.

This is a Hybrid role attending the head office 1 day a week.

Role Accountabilities

  • Strong SQL skills to develop and deliver customer selections aligning to business strategies.
  • Build a detailed understanding of datasets, analyse and deliver customer data in relation to selections activity.
  • Build and maintain a self-serve dashboard for campaign evaluation and enable stakeholders make good data decisions for campaign strategies.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationship as well as communicating complex, technical scenarios through presentations and dashboards for new customer selections.
  • Design good quality assurance processes and communicate with Customer Selections and Analytics Team Lead.
  • Provide timely updates to the Customer Selections and Analytics Team around work progress.

Experience and Knowledge

  • Strong SQL experience.
  • Good experience in Data Visualisation tools (Power BI and other tools)
  • Experience in stakeholder management and good decision making skills.
  • Experienced in providing data insights and good communication with stakeholders through solution presentation

This is a permanent role, hybrid work arrangements (1 day a week in the head office) and salary range £38,000-£46,000 depending on experience and up to 17% annual bonus + a comprehensive benefits package.
