As a Recruiter for Akkodis you don't need to bring recruitment experience; ( though it helps!) you'll just have the ability to strike up rapport over the phone, you'll have a high level of integrity and the ability to engage with people of all levels and backgrounds and you want to be rewarded for your efforts.
Your day-to-day Recruitment Consultant role will involve speaking to IT professionals over the phone and social media and email. You'll be researching your market to sell IT services. Your savvy social media skills will be crucial in building your own personal brand.
You'll be joining the top performing office in the UK working with some of the best consultants on the market working on a permanent desk, fill and sourcing roles through out the UK.
