Project Description

In order to increase automation, improve process efficiency and planning insight a Global Re- (Insurance) organisation is implementing a new Planning system.

Task Description

Business Consultant leading the Operating Model Design with focus on Process Design for a

new Finance and Business Planning system implementation.

Objective is to enable the Annual Planning for Global Re-Insurance organization and Lloyd's of

London SBF Planning utilising a new Technology and process.

Responsibility for designing target-state processes (including activity definition, workflows and

responsibilities) and governance (policies, procedures and performance measurement) in

alignment with technology design.

Required working experience & education

5 - 7 years working experience

Business Consulting experience.

Project Management and/ or Scrum Master certification

Nice to have - Higher Education in Information technology, computer science or related topics.

Required Skills and qualifications

Technical Must have

Experience in Planning process for Insurance organisations and Lloyd's of London Planning.

Experience in developing and documenting target-state processes.

Experience in writing policies and procedures for Finance Planning.

Ability to independently organise and lead workstreams.

Attention to detail and data and technology affinity

Technical Nice to have

Experience working on multi-platform projects with experience of being part of scrum teams for complex solutions involving multiple technology components.

Personal Must have

Excellent analytical skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to document and communicate agreed tasks, technical developments, achievements, issues and resolutions.

Personal Nice to have

Intercultural experience working with a team located in multiple geographies (UK, Germany).
