| Task Description |
| Business Consultant leading the Operating Model Design with focus on Process Design for a new Finance and Business Planning system implementation. Objective is to enable the Annual Planning for Global Re-Insurance organization and Lloyd's of London SBF Planning utilising a new Technology and process. Responsibility for designing target-state processes (including activity definition, workflows and responsibilities) and governance (policies, procedures and performance measurement) in alignment with technology design. |
| Required working experience & education |
| 5 - 7 years working experience Business Consulting experience. Project Management and/ or Scrum Master certification Nice to have - Higher Education in Information technology, computer science or related topics. |
| Required Skills and qualifications |
| Technical Must have |
| Experience in Planning process for Insurance organisations and Lloyd's of London Planning. Experience in developing and documenting target-state processes. Experience in writing policies and procedures for Finance Planning. Ability to independently organise and lead workstreams. Attention to detail and data and technology affinity |
| Technical Nice to have |
| Experience working on multi-platform projects with experience of being part of scrum teams for complex solutions involving multiple technology components. |
| Personal Must have |
| Excellent analytical skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to document and communicate agreed tasks, technical developments, achievements, issues and resolutions. |
| Personal Nice to have |
| Intercultural experience working with a team located in multiple geographies (UK, Germany). |
