HR Specialist (Fluent Mandarin)
Akkodis is currently recruiting for a HR Specialist with Fluent Mandarin to join our client on a 12 month initial contract.
Role: HR Specialist (Fluent Mandarin) Duration: 12 months Rate: £150 - £180 Status: Inside IR35 Location: London
The client is seeking a HR Specialist with fluent mandarin. You will provide HR services to the client to support employees across the Americas region including
- Onboarding / offboarding administration
- Employee document management, contract management, leave management, benefits administration
- Implementing process control plans and ensuring knowledge documents
- Be the HR Policies expert and guide stakeholders as needed
- Coordinate with other regions sharing best practice
Skills needed
- Proven HR experience
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading and writing)
- Strong problem solving experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
