Are you a strong people manager who has led teams of geographically-dispersed Software Developers? Are you happy focusing on delivery rather than having to get involved in technical strategy and the codebase?

If so this leadership role could be right up your street. You'll be joining a high growth tech firm who are enjoying global success through delivering enterprise-scale software solutions.

You will lead a team of experienced Software Developers and we need your experience managing a team of 20+ in a remote capacity. You will be primarily office-based (so will be relatively local), working closely with other Development and Project Management Teams, though will have flexibility around when you're in the office.

You'll be well aware of the different challenges managing a remote team compared to in-house. You'll have done this for a decent period of time, not just during Covid.

Your team are experienced Software Engineers (.NET web applications, Front End, desktop applications and systems integration using the Microsoft stack and some Open Source).

The people management aspect of this role is really important - we're looking forward to seeing how you inspire and motivate a team of dispersed Developers.

You will be the critical interface between your team and numerous other technical functions. You'll have oversight of a variety of development projects so will know how to drive efficient delivery.
