Help Desk Analyst
My client are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and able to undertake project work. They will also be responsible for on site desk top support and remote work as part of a national IT team supporting internal users.
As an experienced IT engineer you will be driving and assisting the internal team through problem resolution across a variety of tasks including configuration and installation of hardware, password resets, setting up new users on the network & providing support to the wider support team . You will have a flare for problem solving & possess high level technical problem solving skills.
Network hardware - eg LAN / WAN
