I'm recruiting for a contract IT Support Analyst in Flintshire, North Wales. This is an initial 3-6 month contract which could have potential to extend. I'm looking for someone with strong communication skills; and experience of resolving incidents, problems, and queries and preferably within an ITIL support environment.
The role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and will involve working with colleagues in the support team and 3rd parties escalating issues where necessary. The role will require the contractor to be on client site 4 days per week (Welsh government Covid guidelines pending).
In order to be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate knowledge and a background in:
* Hardware and Laptop/PC builds and support
* Good Active Directory and O365 knowledge
* Customer service and communication
* Microsoft Windows 8/10 support
* Hardware and basic network/printer troubleshooting
