My client is an end user based in Leeds who are currently looking for a D365FO Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will be a mix of home and office working. Please see below for more information:
Job Description
While D365 experience is an advantage, individuals with relevant transferable skills who could learn on the job will also be considered for this role, for instance a D365 finance user with accounting experience, or someone with experience of service desk or support of another ERP.
The role will include:
- Provide support to end users and respond to queries raised in D365.
- Responsible for handling a range of queries related to areas such as access, workflow management, purchase to pay, project management, time and expenses.
- Research and recommend solutions to problems raised by users.
- Administration of starters, movers and leavers.
- Report and investigate bugs and incidents.
- Periodic system administration tasks such as batch job monitoring, error resolution and user access reviews (including control activities required under Sox)
- Aiding project managers and directors to ensure projects are correctly setup in D365, and client invoicing is accurate.
- Setup of complex contracts, projects, billing and intercompany arrangements in D365
- Responsible for handling a range of queries relating to project management and setup, purchase to pay, client invoicing and intercompany
- Research and recommend solutions to problems raised by users.
- Undertaking of cost centre monthly project invoicing.
- Finance reporting.
- Management of milestones.
- Work breakdown structures.
- WIP updates.
- Raising POs
- Setting up new suppliers.
- Setting up new opportunities.
- Managing new client set up of prospects.
- Creating compliance documents and collating all the required evidence.
- SOX control responsibilities are part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
What experience will you need?
- ERP system experience. Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations experience an advantage
- Strongly customer-focused, used to providing support to demanding users and teams
- Must be comfortable with working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment, and demonstrate flexibility and a "can-do" attitude
- Quick learner - analytically minded, able to break down and understand information.
- Experience of project accounting and finance an advantage
- Understanding of business systems and processes
- Clear communicator
