Business Analyst | £55k | Hybrid

Our client who is a giant within their industry are looking to add an experienced Business Analyst to join their team, working to drive innovation and change within the business. The ideal candidate will be able to push back and provide creative ideas to solve problems that may arise. You will have the opportunity to make a real change within a continuously growing business.

The company you will be joining are a global consultancy firm among many area who have been investing in their IT services. They have offices right across the UK and are looking for someone to come in and work with multi-disciplinary teams to work on improving their business processes. Working with their forward-thinking teams, you will be identifying solutions and ensuring they are delivered efficiently, effectively, and within budget.

Our client are looking for someone with the following:

  • Gathering (business and functional) requirements and producing technical documentation
  • Potentially managing Junior Business Analysts
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Great communication both internally and externally
  • Monitor situations and identify trends, potential strengths, weaknesses, threats, or opportunities
  • Negotiate effectively to achieve agreed courses of action with stakeholders whilst maintaining their buy-in
  • Understand the whole lifecycle business change process management from concept to implementation and review

This role is paying to £55k and has an expectation of 2 days a week in their London office. They also offer a extensive benefits package including increasing pension, healthcare and life insurance.
