Role: business analyst
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £55k
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Salesforce business analyst to join a well-known organization within the Techtronic industry in the London region.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to: a faceoff with business teams, apply an organized, proactive approach to your work, ensure you add value to the team, and constantly develop your business knowledge and awareness.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with the team to translate user journeys into deliverable Salesforce solutions
- Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, and permissions
- Produce and maintain a library of feature demonstrations
- Administer multiple environments used for different stages of the SDLC
- Maintain a good understanding of new platform features and functionality
Skills needed:
- 3+ years' experience working with the Salesforce platform and associated clouds
- Strong focus on user experience
- Experience with Lightning, custom objects, and custom metadata
- Experience with Salesforce Flow and other automation tools
- Strong business analysis and functional understanding
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (desirable)
