Junior EUC Engineer | Central London On-Site | Up To £28k
I have just taken a brief for a cracking Senior EUC Engineer based 5 days per week from their Central London location. Our client are a global business who are growing at an outstanding rate, they are one of the largest providers of IT Services.
You will be working in a team to perform BAU and EUC support activities. You will need to be able to provide high level customer service in alignment with the technical skills you will bring. You will need to be able to articulate confidently about issues face to face with their clients staff.
Technically you will need some knowledge/experience working with SCCM and Microsoft Intune. Alongside this experience/knowledge you will previously have worked with active directory, VPNS, Anti-Virus, Laptop/Desktop setups and a variety of hands on support skills. You will also be managing the EUC stock levels, keep documents maintained and up to date, work with Windows 10 OS and mobile devices set up (Android and IOS).
