Senior Customer Insights Manager - London - up to £75k + 13k package
A major international retail/E-commerce group, the organisation are going through a period of phenomenal growth and offer incredible opportunities as they expand.
We are looking for an experienced Customer Insight professional with a particular focus in eCommerce or retail sectors. The role is responsible for looking into competitor analysis and working with the business and customers to scope opportunities deliver new services and solutions.
You will be responsible for building a framework for integrating customer insights and decision making to drive insight generation projects. You will own end to end projects covering scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, creation of recommendations and presentation to senior leadership. The role will be high profile in supporting the build of roadmaps around new services.
Key skills and experience
- Prior Customer Insights or market research experience
- Excellent relationship management
- Excellent attention to quality and detail
