ServiceNow Test Manager | Hybrid working | To £70k

Are you a ServiceNow Test Manager with hands-on experience working with ServiceNow and a reputation for setting technical strategy and leading successful teams. If you're interested in joining one of the world's leading consultancies who are expanding their ServiceNow function at a phenomenal rate then this could be the role for you? Whilst this role is largely leadership and strategy focused, you'll still keep a hands-on approach to the role if needed. This role will see you gather and review documentation, create test strategies, plans, scenarios, and scripts. You will be managing reporting and defect management. This role will be focussing on ServiceNow products and platforms so it is imperative that you have experience working on the platform - from an end user or administrator perspective. Ideally, you'll be a certified ServiceNow Administrator (but if you haven't it's not a deal breaker). You will be co-ordinating and supporting the testing process (UAT, SAT, SIT) within multiple teams who are working on complex projects.

This role will see you hands-on with manual test cases from development to execution. You'll be reviewing documentation, managing test cases, reporting defects, conducting UAT, and working closely with ServiceNow Developers and Project Managers.
