Dynamics CRM Consultant (D365)

Spring Technology are currently working in partnership with a market leading solutions provider to recruit a Dynamics CRM Consultant to join their marketing leading team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team who can provided you with development and training opportunities with exposure to emerging technologies.

This role is fully homebased with some occasional travel to client and office locations.

The Role

As a Dynamics CRM Consultant you will provide subject matter expertise and experience in solution development and functional analysis in to large scale enterprise Dynamics 365 architectures and projects. You will consult on design, configure, customise, develop and implement solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platforms to agreed timescales and budget.

The Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements; create demonstrations to provide proof of concept; plan and assist the team in drafting statements of work to include estimation of effort/cost.
  • Provide input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM 2015/2016 capabilities, functions and features to clients and prospects.
  • Conduct hands-on implementation, configuration, and development of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM 2015/2016.
  • Build positive client relationships by developing an understanding of the client's business processes.
  • Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets, and complete project tasks within budget and to customer satisfaction.
  • Perform requirements gathering, Business Process Analysis.
  • Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation.
  • Participate as the technical expert in proposal development and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Deliver presentations to all levels of management.
  • Adapt to different end-user learning styles when training, gathering requirements, etc.
  • Create documentation for clients, including PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows regarding functional and technical requirements, design, training, process engineering, etc.
  • Assist internal resources with support or pre-sales of Microsoft CRM and related integrations.

The Requirements

  • Extensive experience as CRM consultant.
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of all CRM functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and broad understanding of Dynamics 365 out-of-the-box functionality and limits.
  • Demonstrable skills in facilitating workshops, gathering, and documenting requirements, translating requirements into business processes using BPMN techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of employees including C-level.
  • Experience creating strong business cases supported by compelling value propositions.
  • Experience assisting with definition and functional design of conversions and interfaces, and functional experience in leading technical team through Microsoft CRM API usage; integration development.
  • Will have familiarity in two or more of the following development areas: .NET Frameworks, C#, ASP.NET, SQL, XML Technologies and Web Services.
  • Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model including the customisations and development of Business Data Models for different solutions.
  • Experience working with PowerApps, Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps in direct relation to the Dynamics platform and customisation.
  • Good working knowledge of version control methods and software such as Team Foundation Server or Visual Studio Team Services, Azure DevOps.
