Are you an Oracle Reporting expert? My well-known end-user client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Cloud Reporting Lead to join their team in Manchester.

As the Oracle Cloud Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for building HR & Financials dashboards using OTBI/BIP.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Reporting background (either on EBS or Cloud), as well as excellent soft skills that will enable them to hit the ground running and make an instant impact.


  • Planning the overall delivery of HR & Finances reporting requirements.
  • Managing and prioritising product backlogs with business stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with the System Analysts and business user to understand reporting needs.
  • Developing functional and technical design specifications.
  • Development of Reports using Oracle Tools (OTBI / BI Publisher).
  • Performance tuning of existing reports
  • Developing ad hoc SQL queries.
  • Completion of relevant release and change notes.
  • Updating of documentation & CMDB configuration.

Skills / Requirements:

  • Must have extensive hands on/end to end implementation experience using OAC/OBIEE and BI Publisher
  • Good understanding of Oracle BI tools and technologies
  • Well versed with Data warehousing dimension and fact tables and BI reporting concepts
  • Experience creating and scheduling alerts and published reporting to provide real-time, personalised, and actionable intelligence data to subscribers.
  • Delivery focused with strong project management experience
