Here in Manchester we have an amazing opportunity for someone to come and join our growing team. We are a tight-knit group, ranging from 2 to 15 years' experience, where you'll be joining an inclusive and collaborative Sales team, including some of the most successful Recruitment Consultants within the business.

Modis is a market leading Global IT recruitment agency; we are looking to add an enthusiastic and motivated individual to our team of experienced consultants. The position is an opportunity for someone to join an organisation expanding based on success and an ever increasing number of clients.

Ideally we want to attract people who are keen to be self-sufficient and become a '360' recruitment consultant in 6-12 months but we have the capacity and pipeline to take our time - you will not face unrealistic pressure to hit sales targets!!

The Recruitment Resourcer role will involve:

- Identifying, assessing and interviewing suitable candidates.

- Building relationships with clients and candidates on the phone and face to face.

- Advertising for new candidates to join our agency.

- Online job board and general diary management.

The role

  • Candidate attraction and relationship building with senior IT professionals
  • Phone-based and face to face business development
  • Market research to identify IT professionals and sell IT services. Social media skills will be essential to build your own personal brand.

  • Like to work autonomously and want to be recognised for your hard work.
  • Have a natural ability to strike up rapport and build relationships.
