Daily Rate : 450-500 GBP Per day (Inside IR35)

Job Description / What you'll be doing:
Design a modern data analytics platform architecture and help define a roadmap to get from the as-is situation to a target future architecture based on hybrid cloud. Determine the appropriate mix of data extraction, data engineering, data lake, data warehouse and big data processing applications and services. Architect the data lake / data warehouse components, including infrastructure requirements to support the current and future business use case needs for dashboards, reporting and advanced data science modelling and analytics using structured, unstructured and streaming data.
Experience of Talend and Cloudera applications preferred, but other big data platforms and components may be considered such as Hortonworks, Hadoop, Spark etc. Experience of helping organisations to move from completely on-premises to hybrid cloud data solutions will be highly valued. The candidate should be BPSS cleared or have sufficient history working in the UK to be able to obtain BPSS clearance promptly.
