My client is embarking on a HUGE Oracle transformation project worth £7.5M, and they need a motivated and excited Business Change Project Manager to work alongside the technical oracle team to ensure the project is a success.

The Role

Your responsibility will be to take charge in Implementing force wide transformational and cultural change. Whilst also achieving efficiencies, cashable savings and engaging at a senior level to lead on the operational understanding.


  • Ensuring projects and activities are clearly scoped, resourced appropriately and that the milestones and deliverables are being tracked.
  • Ensure that projects within the programme are delivered to time, cost, and quality.
  • Pro-actively manage the quality and performance of the programme and its products thereby ensuring supporting work-streams are delivered.
  • Keeping key stakeholders, project executive the rest of the board up to date on key risks, issues and decisions.
  • Facilitate and contribute to the identification of business benefits to ensure cultural change takes place.
  • Employ and suggest improvements to processes, techniques, tools, templates, and approaches used in Change


In order to be successful for this role, you will need to have a mixture of the following skills & experience:

  • Demonstrable Change Management experience
  • Knowledge and experience of working in an IT solutions environment
  • Knowledge and experience of project planning and methodologies - PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • People Management and Development
  • Experience of communicating and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders at a senior level
  • Able to translate business requirements into deliverable goals & milestones
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong documentation skills
