As a Recruiter for Modis, you don't need to bring recruitment experience; you'll just have the ability to strike up rapport over the phone, you'll have a high level of integrity (honesty!) and you want to be rewarded for your hard work.
Your day-to-day Recruitment Consultant role will involve speaking to IT professionals over the phone and social media. You'll be researching your market to sell IT services. Your savvy social media skills will be crucial in building your own personal brand.
You'll be joining a tight-knit group - ranging from 0 to 15 years' experience - which is really collaborative, including some of the most successful Recruitment Consultants within the UK business.
