2nd Line IT Support Engineer - Up to £26k + £5k Car Allowance
I'm currently recruiting for a Second Line IT Technician to work with one of our clients based in Poole. This is a newly created role and a terrific opportunity for you to get hands on in a non-corporate environment where you can utilise your experience in a similar role and really make this position your own.
You're going to be an integral part of the group's IT function and will be working to provide support across a number of different areas. You'll need to hit the ground running and be given the responsibility for the installation & troubleshooting of PCs, printers, networks, phones & switches. In essence, you will be providing support to all members of staff at the site and get the chance to involve yourself with areas of technology and products that you wouldn't find in your standard support role.
I'm looking to speak to people who are inquisitive, knowledgeable and comfortable working independently. You'll be picking up escalations from the 1st Line Support team and supporting a site of several hundred people.
In return you'll get the opportunity to progress internally at a non-corporate company, a competitive salary, 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays), a training budget and circa £5000 car allowance.
**For this role you will be required to travel between various sites from time to time so will need to have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle**
If this role sounds like something you'd be interested in then please send your CV in for immediate and confidential consideration.
