ServiceNow Architect | Fully Remote | To £110k

I am working with a global consultancy who are looking to speak to experienced ServiceNow professionals who are looking to further their career with a ServiceNow Architect role, working with large organisations to utilise ServiceNow to transform the way in which they work.

This role will see you working with a ServiceNow Partner alongside a highly skilled team of Architects, Technical Consultants, and Project Managers ensuring optimisation of their ServiceNow platform. You'll be joining a team with a great culture and working environment.

You will be establishing technology roadmaps and solutions for clients and ensuring all relevant technology is in place in order for clients to fulfil their requirements. This is a customer facing role, so you'll need to have strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You will establish strategic direction for projects and ultimately be taking responsibility for designing large (& complex) projects where ServiceNow integrates with client's business and their technological landscape.

You will also be providing pre-sales support for clients as they establish their roadmaps, providing expert advice and knowledge on the ServiceNow front. You will need to be able to flag up any issues that arise, share knowledge internally, and be able to provide in depth ITIL knowledge to clients.

Your background will have seen you working on multiple ServiceNow (& Service Management) projects. You will need to have a proven track record on working on pre-sales engagements. Tech-wise, you'll potentially have a very good understanding of ServiceNow development (ideally working in this arena previously), and have experience or a good understanding of the following: JavaScript, SOAP/REST web services, XML, JSON, Angular.js, HTML, CSS, Twitter Bootstrap, Jelly Scripting. It would be beneficial to your application if you had an ITIL accreditation; however, failing that, strong knowledge will suffice.

Full experience of the SDLC is essential, as is experience working on both Agile and Waterfall projects. You will need to have experience on all areas of the ServiceNow platform, and the database structure. Ideally, you will also have experience with implementing other IT Service Management tools.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary (to circa £110k), a fully remote role, and a solid benefits package. If this role sounds like it could be of interest then please get in touch for a confidential conversation.
