£21,000-£28,000 + Uncapped Commission Scheme + Incentives
Akkodis is a market leading Global IT recruitment and Solution Delivery company; we are looking to add an enthusiastic and motivated individual to our team of experienced consultants. The position is an opportunity for someone to join an organisation expanding based on success and an ever increasing number of clients.
Ideally we want to attract people who are keen to be self-sufficient and become a '360' recruitment consultant but we have the capacity and pipeline to take our time - you will not face unrealistic pressure to hit sales targets!!

The Recruitment role will involve:
- Mapping out your specialist market.
- Business Development.
- Sourcing and reviewing candidates CVs.
- Advertising new roles on job boards.
- Screening and interviewing candidates.
- Lead Generation and Project tracking.
- General administration duties.
- Meeting daily and weekly targets.
- Scheduling interviews between clients & candidates.
