The role

These roles sit within our Workday & IT Transformation Recruitment Team, and will be split into two clear functions:

  1. Business Development - You will be tasked with identifying, approaching, and securing new business within your specialism.
  2. Candidate Process Management - You will be building and maintaining a highly specialised candidate network.

Responsibilities:

  • Mapping out your specialist market
  • Business Development
  • Negotiation
  • Sourcing and reviewing candidates CVs.
  • Advertising new roles on job boards.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates.
  • General administration duties.
  • Meeting daily and weekly targets.
  • Scheduling interviews between clients & candidates.
