Workstream Lead


My client requires an experienced Workstream Lead to provide their expertise on a major transformation programme. This is an important role in ensuring my client is appropriately prepared for the key phases of the programme.

The successful candidate will have the knowledge and experience working on a major business change transformation and be confident enough to take the lead on supporting areas of transition for the programme. The key to this role is ensuring all business areas are aligned and ready to transition when the new programme is fully functioning.

This is an exciting new role, part of a ground breaking programme which you will be at the forefront of.

Key Requirements

Previous experience leading and implementing change

Project Management qualification e.g. Prince2

Process mapping experience

Experience in delivering on a complex programme with the ability to negotiate business requirements
