This is a fantastic opportunity for you to manage a high-profile 3rd Line IT Support team within an enterprise-scale, fast-growth tech firm.

Joining an innovative leadership team, you'll be able to focus on people management (20+ Engineers) as well as bring ideas on how to improve technical delivery, particularly from a DevOps mindset.

Your new company continue to significantly invest in technology - there is a vast pipeline of work for you to oversee, in large part because of international growth. Automation is playing a key role in many projects.

You'll come from a technical background (you'll ideally have experience / awareness of DevOps tools, Site Reliability Engineering, Networking, Servers) and be influential in enabling a variety of Infrastructure, Network and Server teams to work together effectively.

However we don't need you to be the main technical escalation point; we're interested in your coaching, organisational and governance skills. You'll inspire your team of high-class 3rd Line Network and Infrastructure Engineers to deliver and make their job as easy as possible by cutting through challenges and issues.

You'll be keen to bring your pragmatic approach in delivering simple solutions to complex technical problems.

Benefiting from a wider leadership group to develop your own skills, you'll enjoy working within an informal environment where people can't afford to get tied down with bureaucratic processes or meetings about meetings.
