Outbound-Calls Customer Consultant (Non-Sales) Stoke-On-Trent / Hybrid Up to £25,000 plus commission structure!
I'm proud to be working exclusively with a growing technology business who are truly a force to be reckoned with, within their chosen industry. Due to growth and an increase in projects - They're now looking to hire their very first Outbound Calls Consultant to join them in a critical role to join the team at what couldn't be a more busy and more exciting time.
These guys produce software that essentially tackles fraud, using state of the art systems and only the best technology choices. So their solutions and systems serve an amazing purpose and most certainly help organisations who are trying to tackle fraud - saving their clients a lot of time and stress.. and money!
You will have a fantastic telephony manner and communication skills with the ability to communicate efficiently with a variety of their client-base. This is not a sales position - your role will be to make a number of outbound calls to essentially validate customer details/data.
You will need to work autonomously here but there is scope to grow this team in 2024!
What to Expect
- You will make calls obtaining occupier details for business properties where the occupier is unknown, or not paying their bill on time.
- You will be required to call these properties to validate the occupier is trading from the address, the occupier name is correct, and obtain a contact name
- This is not a sales role it is validation of data sources to confirm the occupier of the property
- Where data within the platform is limited, completing own investigations on google to identify the occupier
Benefits
Salary £23-£25k
Commission Post 3 month trial commission of c.£500 a quarter based on performance
Pension: 5% employee contribution matched
Remote Work: Ability to work from home after week 3, but will need to be in the office potentially 1 day a week
Flexible Hours: Hours can be flexed to support child care etc, needs to be agreed up from
Holidays: 33 Paid holidays each year (20 statutory, 8 bank holidays, 4 days additional and 1 extra from your birthday leave), Bank Holidays do not need to be taken as leave, so there is full flexibility about working or not working on bank holidays
