Role
We are recruiting for experienced Software Delivery Managers with a strong track record leading large technical teams comprising developers, data and QA teams. The role would suit a candidate with a background working in complex technical environments. You would be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of 10-15
You will be responsible for promoting best practice, looking at opportunities for improvements and technology opportunities. You'll be the type of character who can tell Senior Developers where they're going wrong and to guide them down the right development path, as well as being able to coach developers from graduate to senior in experience.
There is a major investment in technology as the company expands internationally and now is an exciting time to join as they build out their services and solutions. The organisation work with technologies including C#, Typescript, Golang and Google Cloud.
Key skills and experience
Proven leadership of engineering/development/database teams
Technical understanding of application development with knowledge of .NET, Javascript, SQL
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
