Role: Customer Service Advisor - Outbound Rate: £100 - £150 per day Inside IR35 Location: Stratford Upon Avon (Hybrid Mix - 2 days office, 3 days working from home) Contract Length: 6 months

- Making outbound calls to assess new business opportunities from existing customers
- Consistently providing a high standard of customer care
- Proactively managing a pipeline of existing customers
- Financial services experience would be a bonus
